IFST’s Professional Food Sensory Group (PFSG) have organised a session – “Strictly sensory”. Prof. Joanne Hort will give a lecture “The Sensory Evaluation of Food: What it is and what the future holds”
Over 30 expers will speak across ten sessions, each focusing on a particular topic within food science and technology, including food engineering, food law, sensory science, nutrition and food safety as well as the very latest in agri-food and processing.
