The fifth SISS conference is organised in collaboration with Fondazione Edmund Mach on the following topics:
- Combining pleasure with well-being:
nutritional, healthy and hedonic aspects in the perception of products
- Understanding consumer behaviour:
fundamentals and dynamics of liking, expectations, emotions and consumer choices
- Innovating and promoting vegetal productions:
from varietal selection to sensory diversity promotion
- New frontiers in sensory perception research:
dynamic, rapid and neuroscientific methods

Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words on the topics above-mentioned.
