About Us
The Mars Chocolate UK site is more than just a manufacturing hub; it is the centre for excellence, innovation and constant improvement within the group.  Our associates work with one thing in mind: making the best products for our consumers. We have a fantastic opportunity at Mars for a Sensory Science Leader to work as part of the European Sensory Centre of Expertise team based at our site in Slough.
The Role
The Sensory Science Leader will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing plans to capture and measure changes in consumer perception of our Chocolate products in relation to quality, value and experiences. Using this combined knowledge and skill you’ll also coach and mentor future sensory evaluation scientists within Mars.
About you

The Sensory Science Leader will have the ability to work independently and as part of different business teams. You’ll be a driven and results focussed individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
