The Sensometric Society Conference brings together statisticians, psychologists, sensory scientists and market researchers with a common interest in solving problems of measurement and data analysis in the areas of sensory and consumer sciences. The aims of the conference are:
• To increase awareness and understanding of advances in measurement and analysis approaches relevant to sensory and consumer sciences.
• To serve as an interdisciplinary meeting among professionals interested in sensometrics and to foster communication and collaboration among such professionals.
This will be the 12th Sensometric Society conference. The conference program contains invited talks, submitted oral presentations, and posters. The conference is preceded by a series of half-day optional tutorials that provide attendees with additional learning opportunities.
