The Norwegian Sensory Society (SSG) was founded in 1972, and is an independent, non-profit and informal network of companies from the food, non-food, and pharmaceutical industry as well as research and educational institutions and analysis laboratories. All 29 members have a common interest in sensory science.
SSG aims to disseminate professional information between members on sensory science within product development and education. As a member you get access to a network of people working with sensory analyses, two annual meetings with academic and social topics and an overview of the latest methods used in sensory analysis, courses and international conferences.
