E3S Non Food working group releases a survey to evaluate the use of sensory perception and consumer experience methods. The questionnaire was developed with the aim of provide an international overview of the methods used to define drivers of liking, specifically on sensory perception and consumer experience methods.
The questionnaire then asks respondents, completely anonymously, about their country, their sector of activity and the methods used. It takes less than five minutes to answer.

The analysis of the questionnaire will be presented in French at the 5th edition of SENSORY on 23 March 2023.
These first results will make it possible to consider developments in the 6th Sensory congress (English language).
In addition, the analysis and results will also be presented during a webinar organised by the Non Food WG.
