Mia Prim is a Phd in Culinary Arts and Food Science and works at the department of Sensory and Flavour Science at SIK- the Swedish Institute for Food and Biotechnology, Gothenburg, Sweden. She is currently the Chair of the Swedish Sensory Network (SSN), a non-profit organization formed in 1996.
Dr. Prim worked as an assistant professor at the School of Culinary Arts and Food Science, Örebro University, focused on consumer preferences and behavior, until January 2011 when she began her work as a sensory analyst at SIK.
