IV ITALIAN SENSORY SCIENCE SOCIETY CONFERENCE

The fourth SISS conference is organised in collaboration with University of Udine and illycaffè on the following topics:
- The role of sensory evaluations in the definition of food products identity/diversity;
- Recently developed techniques in collecting and analysing affective responses to food products;
- Individual differences in the perception of sensory stimuli;
- New techniques to analyse the relationships between sensory profiles and food composition.
CALL FOR POSTER ABSTRACTS: Abstracts (in English and in Italian) should be no longer than 300 words on the topic abovementioned. Please email abstracts to firstname.lastname@example.org by 19th October 2012
