At L’Oréal R&I, you are part of the EVALUATION INTELLIGENCE division who evaluate all beauty innovations developed by L’oréal laboratories from upstream to downstream.
Being part of the freshly launched COGNITIVE SCIENCE LAB, you develop the scientific expertise, actively participate to the lab development and are firmly committed to impact the organization and scientific field.
Your mission is built around 2 pillars:
- Build capabilities on Multisensory perception to decode brain integration, emotional & memory effect:
- Track & synthetize research studies and emerging methods
- Design and run research experiments with external academic / startup partners
- Systematize data collection in collaboration with the Computational Science team
- Develop innovative methods suitable for the innovation ecosystem
- Engage internal R&I teams in topics, communicate externally to valorize L’Oréal expertise
- Be a key advisor for innovation team on multisensory brain integration, emotion & memory
- Roll out new approach / methodology within the innovation process
- Develop and run communications to spread cognitive science expertise and impact the business through presentations, videos, gaming, webinar…
You have :
- Master/PhD degree in cognitive science, psychology, neuroscience
- More 10 years of experience in cognitive science, both in industry and in academia
- Fluent in English, good knowledge about French
