The fifth SISS conference is organised in collaboration with Fondazione Edmund Mach on the following topics:

  • Combining pleasure with well-being:
    nutritional, healthy and hedonic aspects in the perception of products
  • Understanding consumer behaviour:
    fundamentals and dynamics of liking, expectations, emotions and consumer choices
  • Innovating and promoting vegetal productions:
    from varietal selection to sensory diversity promotion
  • New frontiers in sensory perception research:
    dynamic, rapid and neuroscientific methods

 

CALL FOR POSTER ABSTRACTS

Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words on the topics above-mentioned.

The official language of the conference is Italian.
