Biography

Since 1992: reserach at the Institute of Food Technology at the University of Agri-cultural Sciences Vienna with focus on sensory evaluation of food and food product development.
Since November 2005: Assistant Professor at the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences.
Since 2008: leader of the working group Sensory and Consumer Science.
He is the chair of Austria Sensory Network.
